Currently the company is offering services to clients such as removal and re-use of existing equipment, equipment bundling, distribution & warehouse storage facilities, operational help desks in short terms covering many aspects of the conversion programme.
With that in mind the merchandising department was created to offer clients the opportunity to maximise the full “turnkey” end to end seamless process linking in with the total CRS package or when required can operate independently.
The infrastructure has been built with a wealth of retail knowledge from food retail to DIY. With the experience gained by employment in “blue chip companies” with roles from store management to area management, from property project management to format development, from merchandising leader to retail project management working for the in-house team as well as external merchandising companies.
In short terms we have been on the inside looking out and the outside looking in with respect to merchandising and customer service.
